The Homebuyer Assistance Program is a voluntary program designed to encourage both renters and homeowners to return to the island and purchase a home. The program will provide $5000.00 in down payment and closing cost assistance to income qualified residents.

If you are interested in learning more about the Homebuyer Assistance Program, complete and submit the pre-application and return to the Housing Assistance Center. A case manager will review your pre-application and contact you to provide additional program information.
